The City Government of Santa Rosa led by Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas personally hands over tablets for use by public-school students to officials of the Schools Division of Santa Rosa City and officers of the Parent-Teacher Associations. A total of 36,830 tablets will be distributed, of which 15,900 are for elementary pupils; 16,516 are for junior high school students and the remaining 4,414 are for senior high school learners (inset).
