Members of the League of Parents of the Philippines, Liga Independencia Pilipinas, NGOs from Kabalikat ID and various sectors burn tarpaulins during a mass action and indignation rally at the Commission on Human Rights compound in Quezon City on Thursday. The burning of the tarpaulins symbolized their condemnation of the Communist Party of the Philippines’ recruitment and exploitation of young people.
