Philippine Red Cross volunteers lay our relief goods for transport to Gigmoto, Catanduanes, one of the worst affected towns by typhoon ‘Rolly.’ The assistance will reach the three barangays of Gigmoto – Poblacion District 1, Poblacion District 3 and San Vicente – and include 124 non-food items, including tarpaulins that could be temporary roofs or walls, jerry cans with water containers, sleeping and hygiene kits.
