PNP: 90 percent of infra in Catanduanes damaged by Typhoon Rolly

As much as 90 percent of total infrastructure in Catanduanes province was partially or totally damaged by Typhoon Rolly, a partial assessment by the Philippine National Police showed. Here are some of the first images to come out from the devasted island province in Bicol:
