To help ease the burden of fire victims in Barangay 401, Sampaloc, Manila, Senator Cynthia A. Villar distributed blankets to them on Monday. The senator, through the Villar Social Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Governance, has led efforts to provide immediate relief to victims of emergencies. The fire victims happily thanked the senator.
