Reyes, Aquino, Infiesto, Ingcad lead National Executive chess entries

Leonard Raymond Reyes, a manager of Infopro Business Solutions, Inc. Rodrigo Aquino, a lawyer at Public Attorney’s Office in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija, IA/FT James Infiesto, Board Member, National Council on Disability Affairs and Engineer Mark Oliver Ingcad, President at MSI Konstruct, Inc. head the list of participants when the 2020 National Executive Online Chess Championship gets underway on October 18, 2020, 7:00pm at lichess.org.

Also seeing action in the event organized by the Philippine Executive Chess Association under the leadership of its president Dr. Fred Paez in coordination with the National Chess Federation of the Philippines and Philippine Arbiters Chess Confederation and backed up by Engr. Roderick Argel and Engr. Richard Sison of Ontario, Canada are Atty. Arles Mirandilla of Mirandilla Law Firm, Atty. Jason Maxino Bandal of Public Attorney’s Office, Dr. Gefer Imbuido of Divine Spirit Healthcare Center, Capt. Doroteo Whigan of Zeaborn Ship Management, Fr. Vic Arellano of Iglesia Filipina Independiente, AIM engr. Rey Urbiztondo, VP for Mindanao-Metro Bank and Engr. Gerardo Bongato, System Analyst/Support Manager of Fuji Xerox Philippines Inc.

Also playing are Engineer Joselito Serna, Project Engineer, GGicar Construction Inc, Engineer Novo Tuazon, Operations Manager, Airliguide Philippines Inc., Engineer John Albert Lacdao of DPWH and Arjie Bayangat, Senior Engineer at Sumitronics Philippines Inc.

The playing format of the tournament will be a nine-round Swiss System with a time control of five minutes plus two seconds increment for each player.

The champion will receive P10,000 while second P5,000, third P3,000, fourth P2,000 and fifth P1,000. Top Lady, Senior (65 and above), Senior (55 and above), 2000 and below, 1900 and below, 1800 and below and Unrated will each earn P1,000.
