Converge ICT Solutions Inc., a fiber internet service provider, continues to augment its customer service with the addition of new hires and outsourced agents in Pasig City, Manila, Clark and Dau sites. This nearly doubles its total headcount from March to September 2020. The company also increases its overall hotline capacity to match the additional staffing and address customer inquiries and follow-ups.
