Sen. Manuel “Lito” Lapid acts as presiding officer during Wednesday’s hybrid plenary session at the Senate. Lapid, the pride of Pampanga, presided over the proceedings during the continuation of the interpellation on Senate Bill No. 1375, or the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises Act (CREATE), previously known as the Corporate Income Tax and Incentives Reform Act or CITIRA.
