Mel Hallar, (Res) PA-CSP, Security Consultant of the Pacman Legendary Security Agency Inc. and an officer of the 407th Transport Battalion-Armed Forces of the Philippines Affiliate Reserve Unit-Armed Forces of the Philippine Reserve Command during the turnover of donation at Camp Aquino, Tarlac recently.
