Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi (left) turns over a P100,000 cash incentive to Brgy. Putatan resident Lola Edilberta Cosio as she celebrates her 100th birthday on September 29. The local government of Muntinlupa grants cash incentives to city residents reaching 100 years old through the Office of Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA). Recently, OSCA also led an anti-flu / anti-pneumonia vaccination program for the elderly together with the City Health Office as part of the local response to curb COVID-19.
