Never has the idea of moving outside the metro been more tempting than now. With cities reporting a record number of COVID-19 cases, the lure of the suburbs and the provinces has become stronger than ever.
“Urban living has its perks but it isn’t for everybody,” said Sta. Lucia Land Inc. president Exequiel Robles.
“As the population continues to increase and areas become highly dense, many are now seriously considering moving outside the metro and relocating to nearby provinces. Sta. Lucia Land has built more than 250 projects across the country that includes golf courses and country clubs, lake residences, resort-themed developments, condominiums, farm lots, hotels and house and lot projects.
In Batangas, Sta. Lucia has Catalina Lake Residences Bauan, a Spanish-Mediterranean themed lakeside community that features open spaces, a lake and lush greenery.
In Cavite, the Saddle & Clubs Leisure Park is all about communing with nature while still having access to some of life’s luxuries.
“The ongoing pandemic has not only allowed us to realize the value of having your own safe space,” said Robles. “It has also encouraged us to expand into other areas where we could put up new projects that would offer the essentials of the new normal.”
