Mandaluyong City — A lone lotto player who bought the ticket containing the right winning combination of 02-12-22-27-03 and 29 from Valenzuela City bagged the jackpot prize of P128,397,144.80 in the Grand Lotto 6/55 drawn on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
Meanwhile, 43 lotto players who guessed 5 correct numbers got P100,000.00 each, while 1,653 players who got 4 correct numbers won P1,500.00 each and 23,419 who got correct 3 numbers also won P60.00 each.
For selling the winning ticket, the lotto agent gets an additional 1% of the jackpot prize or a maximum P1 million, as agent’s prize commission.
As provided in the TRAIN law, lotto winnings above P10,000.00 shall be subject to 20% final tax, thus the P128.3 million jackpot prize will be less 20% when claimed by the jackpot winner.
In claiming the jackpot prize, the player must proceed to the PCSO main office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City for validation of the winning ticket and must present two (2) valid government- issued Identification cards.
The Grand Lotto 6/55 game is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and telecast live via PTV-4 at 9 pm simultaneous with other jackpot bearing and digit games.
