Cauayan City Council’s PADYAK, led by Mayor Bernard Faustino Dy, Vice Mayor Bong Dalin and city councilors, distribute 200 food packs for senior citizens and persons with disability and 100 packs of educational kits for children on its 16th weekly campaign at the community grounds of Nagrambuan. PADYAK aims to promote the proper health and well-being of the city populace.
