Archdiocese of Manila apostolic administrator Bishop Broderick Pabillo has urged authorities to ease the ten- percent limit to the number of people that can attend mass, noting that some businesses have been allowed a bigger capacity while churches are much bigger than restaurants hence the limit “does not sound logical.”
