Can’t keep up with the Kardashians because new episodes are not immediately available in the Philippines?
Hayu (pronounced “hey you”), a subscription-based video streaming service owned by NBCUniversal, features on-demand reality television airing on the same day as the United States. It was launched late last year in the Philippines, its key market in Asia.
The platform currently carries over 300 reality TV and entertainment shows and more than 8,000 episodes across a variety genres such as, among others, Cooking and Food, Lifestyle, True Crime, Competition, Fashion and Beauty, and Kardashian Kontent—the latter being the most popular among Filipino viewers, according to AJ Jayco, marketing territory lead for Southeast Asia.
Titles include Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Real Housewives, Top Chef, Jersey Shore, Botched, Dance Moms, Million Dollar Listing, The Bi Life, Rich Kids of Beverly Hills, and more.
Jayco said “Hayu is the only platform where you can watch all the seasons of The Real Housewives franchise.”
To bring these reality shows closer to more Filipinos, Hayu is currently offering a three-month free trial for new users who register today until August 31. Monthly subscription is priced at P149. A maximum of five devices can access one account.
