Kulabdam shocked the world as he scored a sensational first-round knockout win over the top-ranked “The Million Dollar Baby” Sangmanee Klong SuanPluResort in the semifinals of the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai Tournament.

By beating Sangmanee, Kulabdam booked himself a spot in the finals of the tournament, where he was originally scheduled to face Saemapetch Fairtex who beat Rodlek PK.Saenchai Muaythaigym in the other semifinal pairing at ONE: NO SURRENDER II.

With Saemapetch now injured, Rodlek will step into the final against Kulabdam and the winner of that clash gets a shot at ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Nong-O Gaiyanghadao sometime down the road.

As expected, it was a highly entertaining Muay Thai bout between two of the seven World Champions competing on Friday night.

Sangmanee used his trademark kicks while Kulabdam worked his boxing as they exchanged flurries for most of the first round.

Then, out of nowhere, Kulabdam proved why he’s known as “Left Meteorite.”

With seconds to spare in the first frame, the Sor. Jor. Piek Uthai athlete landed a thunderous left hand, sending Sangmanee flat on his back and forcing the referee to stop the contest in amazing fashion.

In the co-main event of the evening, Mongkolpetch Petchyindee Academy scored a unanimous decision win over Sok Thy.

Mongkolpetch relied on his height and reach advantage to keep the Cambodian at bay and earn a gigantic win in the ONE Super Series Muay Thai flyweight division.

In the featured mixed martial arts bout of the evening, Shannon “OneShin” Wiratchai finally broke out of his slump as he outlasted renowned striker Fabio Pinca, who was making his mixed martial arts debut.

Surprisingly, Wiratchai effectively traded shots with the Muay Thai and kickboxing specialist as he scored a hard-earned split-decision win against the Frenchman.
