Education Secretary Leonor Briones on Thursday reiterated her department's policy ruling out face-to-face meetings between teachers and students when classes open on August 24, 2020.
Briones said at a virtual press conference that at least 23 million Filipino students in public schools had enrolled for the schoolyear 2020-21 using the blended learning system amid the global virus pandemic.
