Water lilies washed ashore in Baseco area prove to be a tedious task to handle by maintenance men of the City of Manila's Department of Public Services following heavy rains induced by Tropical Storm Enteng. As the typhoon was heading for an exit from Cagayan, another low pressure area was spotted in Zambales on Sunday Aug. 9, 2020, weathermen said.
