In its effort to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, Filipino Inventors Society Producers Cooperative (FISPC) recently donated alcohol, disinfectant spray, hygiene kits and PROBATON (Patrol Reconnaissance and Operations Baton) to the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA)
FISPC Chairman Francisco Pagayon said: “We share in the burden and suffering that has brought grave threat to the lives of every Filipino, especially to the frontliners against this infectious virus.”
MMDA Chairman and retired brigadier general Danilo “Danny” Lim expressed the agency’s gratitude for the health essentials extended by the inventors’ association.
“This is our way of helping MMDA’s frontliners to fight off COVID-19 with the health essentials .The PROBATON can likewise be used by front liners in warding off stubborn individuals who refuse to strictly observe physical distancing,” Pagayon stressed.
