Cops seized protest materials while mass was ongoing inside Quiapo Church ahead of President Rodrigo Duterte's 5th State of the Nation Address.
Senator Risa Hontiveros, who was among those who attended the mass, sought an explanation from the Manila Police District.

She said the placards were not used or raised during the mass.
“I am hoping for feedback. They were not holding a rally inside the church,” Hontiveros said.
