Thousands of locally stranded individuals undergo rapid testing on Saturday at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila before they return to their respective provinces through the government’s ‘Hatid Tulong’ program. The Department of the Interior and Local Government said it would deploy 120 buses and sea vessels to bring home the LSIs.
