The Bureau of Immigration filed a deportation case against a Chinese woman who attacked a biker and traffic enforcers in Makati City.
BI acting spokesman Melvin Mabulac said the agency’s intelligence division has recommended the filing of deportation charges against 27-year old Dong Li.

The BI said Li’s tourist visa has already expired and she has not complied with the requirements to update her status.
