A confidential informant reported to authorities the shabu peddling activity of Leongson, alias Cy, inside the EAMC.

On July 6 at about 10:30 p.m., a buy-bust operation was conducted at the hospital’s basement.

A policeman acted as a poseur buyer, who was able to buy P2,000 worth of shabu from Herminio and Daguian.

Leongson, along with Tina and Castillo, was then caught in the act of sniffing shabu.
