Heroes award

Petalio was honored for his conspicuous courage and exceptional critical response time in reacting to the crash of a helicopter carrying Gamboa and other ranking PNP officials at the Laperal Compound in San Pedro City, Laguna on March 5, 2020.  The awarding was held during the Command Visit of Gamboa at Camp BGen Vicente Lim Canlubang in Calamba City.
