Camp Olivas, Pampanga—The 3rd Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit, stationed in this regional police headquarters, is filing separate criminal case against the Fontana Development Corporation for allowing its tenant to operate illegally a medical facility exclusive for Chinese occupants.

He said the two Chinese hospital staff identified as Hu Ling and Lee Sheong Hyun were released but placed under the custody of Shidaijeki Technology Corporation but they were restricted inside Fontana. They will report to 3CIDU once the case against them is filed.

The raid at Fontana, Daro said, as conducted based on the post-marketing and inspection conducted by the FDA and DOH following a complaint that a medical facility is operating and accepting patient afflicted with novel corona virus COVID 19.

Daro said a Chinese believed to be a COVID 19 patient was found confined inside the medical facility during the raid. A huge volume of Chinese-made medical supplies and medicines were also discovered at a pharmacy inside the hospital.

Meanwhile, Fontana explained that it has no involvement or any participation in the alleged illegal health facility that was discovered recently by authorities in one of the villas at the Montana Leisure Park.

In a letter addressed to Clark Development Corporation Noel

Manankil, the FDC said that it does not in any way condone any illegal activity within their leased property.

It added that the alleged villa where the facility was found has long been transferred as a residential villa to and placed under the exclusive control of Shidaikeji Technology Corporation, a longtime locator of the Clark Freeport Zone.

Sources from the CDC however said that Fontana informed the former on January this year seeking permission to open a medical clinic

exclusively for Chinese occupants, mostly workers of Philippine Offshore Gang Office (POGO), in theis leisure estate.
