Members of the Alliance of Health Workers held a press conference in Quezon City where they slammed the Department of Health on what they claimed as its laxness in safeguarding the health of both health workers and patients against the COVID-19. They also demanded for a P16,000 national minimum wage and higher health budget by 5 percent of the gross domestic product.
