Cops and roses

Manila Police District Director Police Brig. General Bernabe Balba led the giving away of roses to  passengers of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 in Arroceros, Central Station in Ermita, Manila. Accompanying Balba are the policemen under his leadership led by their mascot, P01 Marilag, in the giving away of the flowers. Some of the policemen also offered songs and dances to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
