Search for Binibining Pilipinas beginsWho will be the next queens? Returning beauties Vickie Rushton, Samantha Bernardo, and Hannah Arnold are among the forty candidates of the Binibining Pilipinas 2020 search officially named in a ceremony held at the KIA Theater in Cubao last week, Thursday. 

BPCI chairperson Stella Marquez Araneta headed the selection committee that chose this year’s candidates from some 70 who were screened.

The 40 official candidates are the following: Samantha Panlilio, Rowena Sasuluya, Lois Anne Badando, Patricia Garcia, Arainne Deseree Vairdo, Princess Kien Guanzon, Shanon Tampon, Meiji Cruz, Patricia Babista, Shaira Marie Rona, Maureen Montagne, Vianca Marcelo, Samantha Bernardo, Hazel Joy Ortiz, Cinderella Faye Obeñita, Alexandra Rosales, Justine Felizarta, Karen Laurrie Mendoza, Kimberly Tiques Tiques, Ana Thea Cenarosa, Hannah Arnold, Ma. Ruth Erika Quin, Gabrielle Camille Basiano, Lovely Mercado, Carina Cariño, Czarina Guiao, Jashmin Dimaculangan, Ma. Franchezca Taruc, Honey Grace Cartasano, Noriza Valerio, Graciella Lehman, Danica Joy Peralta Acuna, Alexandra Faith Garcia, Mercedes Romero Pair, Micca Rosal, Vickie Rushton, Alexangela Salvador, Lesley Anne Ticaro, Bellatrix Tansearch,  and Honey Be Parrenas.

The Binibining Pilipinas 2020 grand coronation will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City with the Bb. Pilipinas-International, Supranational, Globe, and Grand International titles at stake.

Quezon, Isabela bets top JAMS Top Model competition

The grand winners of JAMS Top Model Philippines 2019 were named during the Grand Gala Competition held recently at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay.

Hasley Joy Limpo of Quezon Province was the top winner in category 3 (16 to 25 years), with the candidates from Zamboanga and Surigao del Sur, finishing as 2nd and 3rd runners-up, respectively.

In category 2 (pre to early teens), Arwen Santiago from Isabela province was chosen winner Negros Occidental and Quezon City bets named 2nd and 3rd runners up. Yana Marie Tarun, also from Isabela, topped the category 1 (kids) competition with Maria Beno of Sta. Rosa, Laguna and Princess Sara del Rosario of Pasig. finishing as 2nd and 3rd runners-up.

One hundred ninety-nine aspiring models coming from all corners of the country, one of the biggest entries in a national modeling search, showed their stuff on the runway for a chance to start a successful modeling career.

The Top 3 winners won P500,000 in cash, modeling contracts and an all-expense-paid tour of the country, while the runners up received P300,000 and P100,000. Winners will go around the country to help promote tourism as young ambassadors, one of the objectives of JAMS Top Model Philippines, founded and headed by Maricar Moina and Jojo Flores.
