Asialink Group of Companies announced key leadership transitions across its flagship entities to strengthen alignment and enhance operational synergies amid sustained organizational growth.
The strategic management changes at Asialink Finance Corp. (AFC) and Global Dominion Financing Inc. (GDFI) follow directives that the board of directors approved.
Global Dominion president and chief executive Patricia Palacios will transition into a new role as Asialink Group deputy CEO after 21 years of service.
She will work alongside Asialink Group CEO Robert Jordan Jr. and Asialink Group Deputy CEO Eillen Mangubat to align business units and execute long-term vision. During her tenure at Global Dominion, Palacios expanded the network to nearly 200 branches nationwide.
Former AFC president and CEO Samuel Cariño will succeed Palacios as Global Dominion president and CEO.
Cariño, who led AFC for a year and three months, previously served as Global Dominion deputy chief operating officer for sales.
AFC commercial and consumer loans (CCL) Visayas and Mindanao general-manager Ana Katrina Bañez will take over as AFC president and CEO. At the same time, AFC CCL Luzon general manager Daisy Suba will step up as AFC deputy CEO.
In 2025, Suba and Bañez drove significant revenue for the company, with the Luzon division contributing 40 percent and the Visayas-Mindanao division delivering 39 percent of total sales.
