Following an exclusive media preview in September, Grand Hyatt Manila proudly announces the arrival of The Magic Table – the first of its kind in the Philippines – has now arrived at Grand Hyatt Manila.
This immersive dining and entertainment experience, limited to select locations worldwide, combines world-class gastronomy with spellbinding wonder, hosted by internationally acclaimed duo and America’s Got Talent finalists Thommy Ten and Amélie van Tass, better known as The Clairvoyants.
Thommy and Amélie are celebrated as World Champions of Mental Magic and recipients of the Academy of Magical Arts Award in Hollywood, often referred to as the “Oscar” of the magic world.

Equally extraordinary is the culinary journey. Guests may choose from four curated menus –each paired with bespoke cocktails.
The Wizard’s Essential Menu features Forest and porcini mushroom pâté with hazelnut soil, fig, lemon, pistachio and Manuka honey; Butter poached Hokkaido scallop with herb crust, sun-dried tomato and crustacean bisque; Crab meat & codfish brandade with sake-marinated ikura and avocado; Mulwarra tenderloin beef Wellington with bone marrow & café de Paris butter jus; and Chocolate and hazelnut sphere with espresso, chocolate brownie, cherry sorbet and bourbon sac. The five-course menu is priced at P8,500 net per person.

Guests can upgrade to The Grand Illusion Menu and have their Mulwarra tenderloin beef Wellington topped with pan-seared foie gras and freshly-shaved black truffle at P9,500 net.
The Enchanted Garden Menu, on the other hand, presents plant-forward dishes for vegetarian diners for P7,500 net while for younger guests ages six to twelve, the Young Magician’s Feast provides whimsical, child-friendly selections for P4,000 net.
Whimsically delightful cocktails with mocktail options pair well with the array of menus. “Vanished” consists of tequila, strawberry and almond syrup, lemon and milk; “Illusion No. 1” includes rum, ube mix and pandan syrup; while “Canuplin Highball” comprises gin, toasted Japanese rice syrup, banana liqueur and fever tree soda.

With 40 seats per show and running approximately two hours, guests have the option to book the 6 p.m. or 8:30 p.m. dinner, subject to availability. Tables arranged in groups of four or eight to ensure every guest enjoys the full immersive projection experience. Smart casual attire is required, adding to the elegance of the occasion.
