Tagum Water District (TWD) and Pisopay sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) on Dec. 23, 2025 for the development and implementation of the e-Bills Payment System, a digital billing and payment collection platform designed to enhance customer convenience and operational efficiency. Leading the MOA signing are Marie Jane Clavero, Tagum Water District general manager; Michael John Ode, acting department manager; and Ma. Patricia Isabel Javier, chief operating officer of Pisopay.
