The Social Housing Finance Corp. (SHFC), together with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), delivers assistance to two Enhanced Community Mortgage Program (ECMP) beneficiary communities in Pasig City on Dec. 16, 2025. DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and SHFC president and chief executive Federico Laxa led the ceremonial turnover of checks worth over P23 million for the acquisition of land in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, where the beneficiaries’ homes stand.
