Bureau of Corrections Director General Gregorio Pio P. Catapang Jr. led the oath-taking and donning of ranks for nine newly promoted officials Saturday afternoon in Muntinlupa City.
Seven officials were promoted from Corrections Superintendent to Corrections Senior Superintendent during the ceremony held at the BuCor New Conference Room.
Those promoted were Raul P. Levita, Gary Garcia, Lucio Guevarra, Roger Boncales, Ruben Formoso, Alfredo Devanadera Jr., and Eduardo Gogorza.
Two technical service officials, Marjorie Ann P. Sanidad and Noel M. Marquez, were elevated from CT/SUPT to CT/SSUPT.
Catapang congratulated the officers and urged them to continue striving for excellence, saying their achievements support the bureau’s mission of rehabilitation and reintegration within the justice system.
