The Philippine Basketball Association, led by its commissioner Willie Marcial, honored the pro league-backed and Norman Black-coached Gilas Pilipinas national team that extended the country’s dominance in the region by winning the gold medal in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games in Thailand.
