Tesla reports efficiency ratings, market share after one year in PH:

According to the latest data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) released in November 2025, the American automaker has captured a majority EV market share of 54%. Since beginning vehicle deliveries less than a year ago, Tesla has delivered over 2,200 units to Filipino customers. Beyond sales volume, their vehicles have also demonstrated superior efficiency in local conditions. During the Department of Energy (DOE) Fuel Economy Run 2025, conducted along the Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway (TPLEX), rigorous testing saw the Tesla Model 3 RWD score a rating of 92.31 kilometers per liter gasoline equivalent (km/lge). Following closely was the Model Y RWD, which recorded an efficiency of 84.63 km/lge. These efficiency scores were not limited to the electric vehicle (EV) category where both vehicles outperformed entries across all participating categories, including Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV) and traditional Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles.
