Isuzu PH reopens upgraded Zamboanga City dealership

Isuzu Philippines Corp. (IPC) and dealer partner IZU South Motors Corp. announced the reopening of their Zamboanga City dealership following a complete renovation to meet Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) specifications.

The facility upgrade is a component of Isuzu’s “Road to 50” initiative to modernize the company’s national dealer network to better serve expanding regional markets.

The 3,396-square-meter site features a 197-square-meter showroom with an IOS-compliant facade designed to display three light commercial vehicles and a commercial vehicle.

“As the region continues to grow, Isuzu Philippines and IZU South Motors remain committed to supporting Zamboanga’s progress by providing reliable light commercial vehicles and trucks,” IPC department head for dealer sales Mario Ojales said.

The modernized dealership includes a customer and sales lounge intended for vehicle consultations, financing applications and service inquiries.

To bolster after-sales support, the 1,200-square-meter service area now houses 7 service bays for light commercial vehicles and two bays dedicated to trucks, catering to both private owners and fleet operators.

IZU South Motors general manager Patrick Lee said the upgrade reflects a commitment to improving customer service through more efficient facilities.

IPC noted that the nationwide rollout of IOS-compliant dealerships ensures a standardized experience for customers across all sales and maintenance touchpoints.
