American rock band My Chemical Romance has postponed its Philippine concert from April to November 2026.
On Saturday, Dec. 20, the group and local concert promoter PULP Live World announced the Manila stop of the band’s “The Black Parade” tour, originally scheduled for April 25, has been moved to Nov. 14, 2026, at the Philippine Arena. The postponement also affects the group’s South Korea and Southeast Asia tour dates.
“These shows are not canceled. All purchased tickets will be honored for the new dates. However, if you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refunds will be available to you,” the band said.
Refunds will be available for ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled concert. No reason was given for the change in schedule.
The tour is named after My Chemical Romance’s 2006 album “The Black Parade.”
Formed in 2001, My Chemical Romance is composed of Gerard Way, Mikey Way, Ray Toro, and Frank Iero. The band released four studio albums before disbanding in 2013, later reuniting in 2019.
