Fredmoore delos Santos, a former child actor remembered for his appearances on the youth-oriented variety show That’s Entertainment, is asking for help after suffering a stroke that left him struggling to move and speak.
His condition is featured in an upcoming episode of Wish Ko Lang, where his wife Jennifer recalled the frightening moment she found him collapsed in their bathroom.
“Paharap sa toilet nakaluhod siya… ‘yung dila tsaka mata niya, kulay puti na,” she said, adding that she could not initially feel his pulse.
Despite the setback, Fredmoore shared his longing to return to the industry he grew up in.
“Sobrang nami-miss ko. Mahal na mahal ko ang showbiz,” he said, speaking with difficulty. He admitted his current limitations have been painful to accept.
“Marami akong pangarap pero wala na akong magagawa kasi baldado na ako eh.”
Jennifer, meanwhile, has remained steadfast by his side. “Huwag kang malungkot. Kaya natin ‘to… Hindi kita pababayaan,” she told her husband.
