Rhodora Alcaraz, who saved her ward in the fire that killed 160 people in an apartment complex in Hong Kong, is greeted by President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos and officials from the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration upon her arrival yesterday at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) where the President launched new e-gates and other facilities.
