First Balfour Inc. employees and workers at a project in the First Philippine Industrial Park in Santo Tomas, Batangas drop their plastic waste into a designated container, which is collected every Thursday for recycling by The Plastic Flamingo Philippines, a pro-environment social enterprise and recycler. First Balfour, the Lopez Group’s construction and engineering arm, reached a milestone in its partnership with The Plastic Flamingo by collecting more than 6 tons of reusable plastic waste since the start of their cooperation in 2022.
