Tech giant launches first business experience studio in PH to showcase enterprise and smart home solutions

Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation (SEPCO) unveiled its first-ever Business Experience Studio and SmartThings Home Showroom, offering a firsthand look at the company’s enterprise-ready and consumer-focused technologies.

One Samsung B2B vertical head Anthony Atocador said the new space reflects years of vision and innovation, designed to help Filipino businesses adopt cutting-edge solutions for specific industry needs.

“Samsung’s powerful connected innovations are designed to equip various industries to grow and transform,” he said.

The studio allows clients to experience built-for-business solutions, including professional displays, enterprise-ready Galaxy devices, and software such as Samsung Knox, VXT, and SmartThings Pro. Local solution partners also collaborated to demonstrate real-world applications across different verticals.

In the smart hotel room, guests can control lighting, air conditioning, and entertainment via SmartThings Pro, while self-check-in kiosks and keyless smart door locks demonstrate seamless guest experiences.

The cafe and retail zones showcased Samsung’s Visual Experience Transformation (VXT) CMS, allowing operators to remotely manage digital signage and menus across multiple locations, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Samsung also highlighted its rugged devices such as the Xcover 7 and Active Tablet 5, designed for harsh environments in logistics, manufacturing, and emergency response. These devices pair with Knox security software to provide remote device management, content control, and security for enterprise fleets.

In the command center zone, SmartThings Pro enables centralized building management, from monitoring lights and air conditioning to energy consumption across multiple sites, providing visibility and control for offices, schools, and large facilities.

The education zone featured the “classroom of the future,” with Samsung eBoards, Flip Pro, Neo QLED displays, and Galaxy tablets. Teachers and students can interact digitally, conduct quizzes, and replace traditional desktop PCs using DeX mode, enabling a fully connected learning experience.

Atocador said the launch demonstrates Samsung’s commitment to enhancing both enterprise operations and home living through connected technologies.

“We cannot wait for our customer partners to experience this for themselves,” he said, noting that the studio is now open for business and industry partners to explore Samsung’s solutions firsthand.
