The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines (CAMPI) and the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHIL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) earlier today to address the proliferation of counterfeit automotive parts on e-commerce platforms nationwide. The partnership shall initiate a joint effort to strengthen the monitoring and enforcement against sellers and manufacturers who distribute unauthorized or fake auto components through online marketplaces.
