The iconic Nativity scene or the Belen is the centerpiece of the Christmas decorations at Plaza Natividad of San Mateo town in Rizal. The local government has adopted “Puso at Diwang San Mateo, Buong Sigla Ngayong Pasko” as this year’s theme.
