Century Properties strengthens presence in Central Luzon through Azure North Estate

Century Properties Group Inc. (CPGI) strengthened its presence in Central Luzon as it advanced key developments within its Azure North Estate to meet the growing residential market in the region.

The company recently achieved three key milestones with the concrete pouring for the Mykonos Tower, the groundbreaking of the Azure North Townvillas, and the inauguration of the newly completed Barbados Tower.

These mark Azure North’s continuing transformation into a comprehensive residential resort community.

Expanding Into Multiple Residential Segments

The Azure North Townvillas represents CPGI’s entry into the premium house-and-lot segment within the estate. The 0.8-hectare enclave features 49 three- and four-story homes with lot areas ranging from 69 to 133 square meters and offering up to five bedrooms. The entire inventory has already sold out, with projected revenues of P1.3 billion, and completion set for 2028.

Construction is also moving forward on the Mykonos Tower, Azure North’s first mid-rise building launched in early 2025. Backed by P1.2 billion in capital expenditures and expected sales of P2.7 billion, the tower is targeted for completion by the end of 2027. Units feature larger-than-average cuts—studios range from 26.34 to 28.15 square meters, and one-bedroom units average 44 square meters.

Meanwhile, the inauguration of Barbados Tower marks the completion of Azure North’s trio of high-rise buildings. With 820 units developed under P1.6 billion in capital expenditure, the building achieved a 99 percent sell-out and is now ready for turnover. Across all three towers, Azure North now offers 2,426 high-rise units.

Enhancing the Resort-Living Experience

Azure North’s Phase 1 amenities, including a man-made beach lagoon, wave pool, and clubhouse, have been central to its appeal. CPGI is now expanding these with a P215-million investment for the Azure North Waterpark, set for completion by 2028, along with a new playpark.

The enhanced offerings will include water slides, a basketball court, a children’s playground, and a pet park, enriching the estate’s resort-style living environment.

CPGI President and Chief Executive Officer Marco Antonio emphasized the significance of the developments.

“These milestones reflect our commitment to delivering on the aspirations of homeowners and the promise of quality living,” Antonio said. “Our focus extends beyond construction—we’re building the foundation for a lasting community where families can flourish.”

Meeting the Needs of a Diverse Market

Antonio noted that Azure North appeals both to homeowners and to investment-driven buyers, including overseas Filipinos. He said the company’s approach focuses on creating communities that offer strong family environments while also allowing homeowners to pursue rental income opportunities.

The 7.8-hectare Azure North Estate is strategically located near SM Pampanga and Robinsons Starmills, reinforcing its accessibility and market appeal. Antonio affirmed the company’s support for the region’s rapid development, saying,

“‘Triple Wave’ is a testament to our strong commitment to keeping pace with San Fernando’s rapid growth.”
