Garden City hosts a Grand Open House on November 22, 2025 filled with fun, music, and new beginnings. The whole day event is a thanksgiving for the partners and team members who have made Garden City the success it is.

The highlight of the night was the announcement that Garden City’s showroom located on the actual site in Bacoor will officially be demolished. “Events like these capitalize on opening and building but here I am about to tell you that we are closing and demolishing the showroom,” Wong says with a straight face as the room grows wary. “This is because we are officially starting construction!” he announces to an applause. However, a new Experience Center will be mounted at Aspire Corporate Plaza, Pasay City as sales for the property are always on the rise.
Right after the demolition of the Garden City showroom, the real work begins: the construction of this modern utopia into reality. The Garden City Open House marks the end of an era but also a start of a new and even more exciting chapter for Garden City’s bright journey ahead.
