Mober, the Philippines’ top green logistics services provider, was recognized at the prestigious Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Awards 2025 for its pioneering work in transitioning the commercial logistics industry towards sustainability and for fostering an “Inspiring Workplace in Asia.”
The company was honored at the Gala Dinner and Summit on Nov. 27, 2025, in Bali, Indonesia, for its people-driven innovation and commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.
ACES, dubbed Asia’s premier award for leadership and sustainability, highlighted Mober’s year of major business milestones, which included launching the Philippines’ largest commercial electric vehicle (EV) charging hub, introducing the country’s first fully electric tractor head and expanding operations to Thailand.
Mober founder and chief executive Dennis Ng cited the award’s importance in reinforcing the company’s commitment to investing in human capital for operational scalability and sustainable growth.
“At Mober, our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce is not just a moral imperative but a competitive advantage that defines our market leadership. We are not just electrifying a fleet, we are humanizing the entire logistics sector and setting the new standard for sustainable transition across the region,” Ng said.
Mober employs more than 400 individuals, including over 200 EV drivers known as Green Delivery Specialists (GDS).
Central to its strategy is the Green Warriors Program, which trains GDS and other employees to become sustainability ambassadors. This focus supports Mober’s goal of maintaining operational excellence as it scales its footprint.
Mober vice president for people and sustainability Miguel Bermundo highlighted the company’s efforts to promote diversity.
“We are proud to be one of the first companies to prioritize carving new pathways for women to get into the logistics industry, which is traditionally male-dominated. Ensuring safe inclusive workplaces strengthens the operational backbone of EV logistics and builds a sustainable industry for all,” Bermundo said, referring to the company’s #MoveHer campaign.
As Mober continues to scale its electric fleet and regional footprint, it remains focused on building a greener more inclusive and human-centered movement for the future of logistics in the region.
