Tetra Pak names Perazzo new managing director for Philippines

Tetra Pak has named Marcelo Perazzo as managing director for its Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia (MSPI) market group effective Dec. 1, 2025.

Perazzo, who will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia succeeds Michael Wu who has led the MSPI region previously.

The MSPI market is strategically important for Tetra Pak due to its rapid development evolving consumer demands and strong appetite for innovation, the company said.

Perazzo’s appointment underscores the company’s commitment to helping customers innovate operate more efficiently and deliver safe sustainable food systems, it said.

Perazzo brings nearly three decades of experience at Tetra Pak, spanning leadership roles in finance, marketing and sales. His career includes work in the Southern Cone and Iberia regions where he focused on unlocking growth and efficiency for customers.

Most recently, Perazzo served as sales director for Tetra Pak Iberia where he led strategic customer management.

“I’m excited to contribute to the continued growth of MSPI and to work alongside our customers in the region” said Perazzo, who holds a degree in Economics from UADE University in Buenos Aires.

“The food and beverage industry here is evolving quickly and I look forward to supporting our partners in achieving their goals through innovation and shared value,” he said.

Tetra Pak said Perazzo’s proven ability to turn strategy into action would help customers stay ahead of market trends improve production efficiency and create high-quality sustainable products.
