The new offering includes five distinct digital experts designed to address challenges from loan origination to collections and servicing.

The suite is expected to improve efficiency and performance for financial institutions in the country.

The loan collections digital expert is projected to increase recovery rates by 20 percent and boost agent productivity by 25 percent.

The loan underwriting digital expert aims to lower non-performing asset risk by up to 30 percent and improve the speed and accuracy of credit decision-making. The loan operations management digital expert can achieve up to a 30 percent reduction in operational costs.

PF Credit also focuses on accelerating loan processes and improving customer experience. The loan origination digital expert can expedite onboarding by instantly extracting and validating data from key national documents such as valid IDs, DTI or SEC registrations and BIR certificates.

The loan customer service digital expert is designed to boost customer satisfaction by autonomously resolving over 80 percent of inquiries using an AI-enabled multilingual assistant.

“The Philippines presents a dynamic growth opportunity with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and financial inclusion,” said Rajesh Saxena, consumer banking chief executive at Intellect Design Arena Ltd.

Saxena said PF Credit incorporates an AI-driven framework that captures unique characteristics of Filipino borrowers. This includes the validation of PhilSys IDs and the interpretation of salary credit patterns in bank statements.

“With over a decade of collaboration with banks in the country, Intellect is well-equipped to support financial institutions in this journey,” Saxena said.
