Haus Talk’s Antipolo project, The Hammond, sees rapid sales

Haus Talk Inc. (HTI) has launched its latest quality residential project, The Hammond, in Antipolo City, with the development experiencing overwhelming market response and rapid absorption of inventory.

Officially launched earlier this month, the project underscores HTI’s strong track record in the economic housing sector and its commitment to providing affordable homes for Filipino families.

The company said that shortly after the official launch, 40 percent of The Hammond’s inventory had already been booked, signaling a strong demand for accessible, well-located housing. The fast absorption rate validates the market’s confidence in HTI’s reputation for timely delivery and quality construction.

The Philippine Stock Exchange-listed real estate company’s latest project is strategically positioned to address the needs of the mid-market and economic segments.

The Hammond is situated in Barangay Hinapao, Antipolo City, Rizal, a location popular for HTI communities. Antipolo offers a provincial atmosphere with a relaxed climate while maintaining excellent accessibility to Metro Manila, appealing to homebuyers seeking to avoid the city rush without sacrificing connectivity.

The development features 143 units of two-story townhouses (2-bedroom inner unit and 3-bedroom corner unit) on a 1.6-hectare site. Units were planned for a competitive base price point, making homeownership more accessible and allowing buyers to utilize financing options like the Pag-IBIG Fund.

HTI is known for its timely construction and delivery of projects, leveraging advanced construction methodologies. The developer employs technologies like cast-in-place concrete, adopted in several previous projects, to ensure both build quality and a faster construction timeline.

The Hammond is an economic complex of single-attached townhomes, expected to be completed by 2026. It is designed to deliver the same aesthetic and community planning that helped other HTI projects, like Celestis and Eastview Residences Premiere, sell out quickly.

Haus Talk chairman Terence Madlambayan reinforced the company’s core mission.

“Haus Talk remains strongly committed to provide the market with well-built residences that buyers will be proud to call home. Our products are a testament to our belief that Filipinos deserve the best that we can offer,” said Madlambayan.

The commitment to quality affordability and strategic location continues to drive the rapid success of new projects like The Hammond, he said.
