Upside Group, a flexible office solutions provider, has completed its largest project to date, teaming up with UnifyCX to deliver a state-of-the-art operations hub at Eton Centris in Quezon City.
Phase 1 of the project can accommodate 1,014 seats, while phase 2 is planned for completion by the end-025.
Upside Group was founded as a growth partner for businesses, offering end-to-end support in scaling operations rather than acting as a construction vendor. The company provides strategic support, covering infrastructure planning, compliance, fit-outs and operational decision-making to ensure offices are designed to meet operational needs while optimizing resources.
“Operating across nine countries has shown how complex scaling operations can be,” said Upside Group president and co-founder Arvind Appavu.
“Upside partners with businesses to plan infrastructure and anticipate challenges, providing spaces that are ready to support growth from day one. The UnifyCX project builds on that approach, delivering efficiency, quality and transparency that go beyond traditional office solutions,” said Appayu.
The company’s model aims to remove financial barriers to growth by offering built-to-suit offices with transparent, all-inclusive pricing and flexible operating expenditure (OPEX) models. The structure allows businesses to avoid heavy upfront costs and focus resources on personnel and growth.
Upside’s leadership is experienced in both BPO operations and real estate, which provides deep operational insight into the challenges companies face before scaling. This is leveraged to design spaces that truly support operations. Upside ensures every office adapts to evolving business needs as an end-to-end post-use growth partner.
